If you’ve been sitting for more than 30 straight minutes, don’t get frustrated that you can’t focus. We’re not wired to sit down for that long and focus on something.
It’s probably time to stand up and walk around. If you can’t do that, just close your eyes, roll your neck around and take some deep breaths.
Give yourself a break. We get stuck on the couch, at a desk, in a chair or wherever and after 45 minutes our brains feel fried and our eyes glaze over. Instead of beating yourself up about not being productive, just stand up and walk around.
