Unfortunately, division is easy. There are a thousand reasons why someone is different. It’s harder to see is that there are two thousand ways in which we’re alike.
It’s comfortable to say nothing. To look at your phone. To avoid conversation. It’s WAY more difficult to take the risk of asking a question. The other person might not reply. They might not understand what you mean.
If you never try, you can’t be rejected. But if you never try, you can never be connected.
