Could we take the efficiencies of Amazon or Instacart and subsidize the marginal cost of making it more widely available?
It’s not solely a question of “does this service do the job?”
But we can’t underestimate the power of “does this service give its users dignity?
There’s a class of product that many people rarely get to use. What if they could develop arms devoted to access? Not in a divided way, but as part of their core product, utilizing technology to drive down cost and solve genuine problems like access to fresh food in underserved neighborhoods?
The infrastructure is being built everywhere, it’s just a question of how we can connect the dots and make it work for everyone.
