To search for happiness implies that it is somewhere else. To search for your passion implies that you are not already passionate. We spend a lot of time searching for both these things, but I believe that both are already inside us.
Instead of leaving our body and searching in the outside world, what if we kept looking within ourselves? What if we kept asking “why?” to ourselves?
Getting in touch with yourself will lead to discovering the things that light you up. Reflecting on how you feel and why you feel that way is an overlooked practice.
Take time to do it each day and you won’t have to go searching for passion and happiness. You’ll realize that they’ve been inside you all along.
