Do we have the right ideas but the wrong people to implement them?
Or do we need better ideas that would work without the best people?
Or is it necessary that by struggling at the beginning, the best people are created through the challenge? Meaning that by necessity there is no model that can just work as a plug-in right away.
Personal development, stops, starts, pauses and failures are all a part of the system because the people need time to become the right people.
