Yet again, Seth Godin so brilliantly puts a concept that we consistently get wrong.
It makes sense that the best leaders we see are compelling, are we are not, thus we could never reach such stature. But in reality, no one starts off a brilliant orator. No one is born able to sell a vision.
They get there because they leap. They get there because they tried, failed, and tried again.
Greatness isn’t born. It’s a result of showing up, reflecting and being better the next time.
