I think we could all benefit from taking some time to decide what we really stand for. The more we can make these decisions with a clear head, the better off we’ll be when emotions are running high and the choices are messy.
I had a tough decision to make the other day when advising a group of high school entrepreneurs. I had no idea which way to direct them, but I fell back on a principle from lean startup methodology: leaner is better.
