I had to schedule interviews with 10 people.
Initially I thought of creating a Google form where everyone selected all the times when they were available. Then I could email them individually to schedule the calls.
But then the idea was to use Sign Up Genius so that the times that were taken would automatically update so people couldn’t double book.
And then, I remembered Calendly, an application which connects with your calendar to show certain times when you are available and automatically schedule the call.
Now, after this email goes out, I will have all 10 calls scheduled and ready to go. The process was automated. It’s a beautiful thing and you only find these solutions if you’re constantly asking, “can you automate it?” There is usually a more efficient way if you’re willing to try it.
