The answer is usually not more, it’s better.
We got this wrong at the entrepreneurship club for a while. We thought we needed more people and more awareness. What we really needed were highly engaged members. Better members, more bought-in to our mission and more passionate about entrepreneurship.
I think many companies and individuals get this wrong, too. We live in a culture of more. More is a nice place to hide. It’s a convenient excuse to why now isn’t quite good enough. But it’s often the wrong end.
Oftentimes better means doing less. How could you cut back on more to focus on better?
