When Homejoy launched, they had a presentation that said “we are a services company connecting service providers with those in need of help.. blah blah.. and it went on for a few paragraphs. Users got bored hearing that story. Those were the features of the product. Customers don’t care about those.
The light didn’t go off in people’d heads until they heard “get your home cleaned for $20/hour.” That is the benefit.
