What makes something a genuine impact project?
How can you tell the difference between a color-in-the-lines project like donating to an existing organization and a project where you did deep self reflection to identify something meaningful to you.
Is it the level of reflection? Is it the intentionality of the action? Is it the tolerance for uncertainty during the process? Is it the openness to something unexpected throughout?
There is a definite difference between replicating what you’ve always seen and creating something new and personal. Without seeing the output firsthand, how can you tell?
