Rewiring habits

Rather than compulsive social media scrolling, what if there was a way to use that energy for gratitude and appreciation?

Instead of a consumption habit, we’d rewire our brains to form gratefulness habits.

Is it possible?

Who knows. It certainly wouldn’t be supported by advertisements, big data and sponsored posts. Maybe there’s no path to sustainability.

But, I’d like to see someone give it a good swing!
