When we move to a new process, are we changing the process, or just changing what we call the process?
When most people envision change, it’s about more than altering names. But that makes it hard. Because the process is the process and it’s been the process for the past decade.
So how do we really do the hard work of changing the processes?
It has to happen one on one, with coaching, with facilitation, and over the course of a long arc. It happens slowly.
So yes, go ahead and change the names, but at the same time, remember that we were hoping for more than name change.
